1. Introduction
iXentro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the iXentro platform, which provides NFC business card and digital profile services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website and services at ixentro.com. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account and Profile Data
When you create an account and set up your profile, we collect: email address, name, display name, username, phone number, job title, company, location, bio, website, social media links (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), profile image, background image, timezone, and any content blocks you add (links, images, team members, files, products).
Contact Data (from Visitors)
When visitors interact with your profile, we may collect and store on your behalf: name, email, phone, and message content. This occurs when visitors use the "Save Contact" feature or submit a lead form on your profile.
Analytics Data
When someone views your public profile or clicks links, we record: profile views, link clicks, referrer URL, country (derived from IP), device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), and operating system. This data is used to provide you with analytics on your profile performance.
Order and Payment Data
When you purchase a plan, we collect: customer name, email, billing/shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider—we do not store full card numbers. For shop plans, when customers place orders, we store: buyer name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details.
NFC Wishlist
If you join the NFC card wishlist (for regions where physical cards are not yet available), we collect your email address and optional country. This is stored for notification purposes.
Technical and Log Data
We collect IP address, user agent, and audit logs of certain actions (e.g., profile updates, order creation, account deletion) for security, debugging, and compliance purposes.
